It's summer and we offer "buy 1, choose 1 for free" deal. Wait what? How can that be so cheap? We do things differently then others. Instead buying expensive sunglasses in store. We changed our delivery method. Our direct-to-consumer model cuts out expensive middle-men like distributors. Wholesalers, and retail store. That's how you get an irresistibly beautiful and high quality sunglasses.
If your item is in stock, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range release there may be minor delays. Once your tracking number is available you will be immediately notified by email.
It's your responsibility to arrange collection of the parcel once dispatched. IF you are not home to receive your parcel, the item will be held at local post office for collection. We does not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will not be granted for orders returned due to non-collection.
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the products must be returned unused to us within 14 days after you received it. All original packaging price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. The cost incurred for returning an item are at customers' own cost.
If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.
When returning goods, make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written. Returned goods, no commercial value. Any import taxes will be deducted from the refund.
